A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lubricant Distribution sales is required.

Proven success in business expansion is essential.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing client requirements and providing solutions to position Total Specialties as a trusted business ally.
2. Establishing business objectives with existing distributors and identifying strategic growth areas aligned with Total's roadmap.

3. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.

4. Meeting sales growth and profitability targets as outlined by the Sales Director.

5. Keeping an accurate record of customer interactions and new business activities using the Total CRM system.

6.

Collaborating closely with various departments within the company to meet the sales district's growth targets, including Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing.

7. Representing Total at trade shows and marketing events.

Your role will involve enhancing the Lubricants division, considering the roadmap and ambitions of the organization.

As a Sales Professional, you will enhance our brand visibility through Distributors by promoting products such as synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, and transmission fluids.

Ensure that Distributors maintain adequate stock levels of products.


As a proactive challenger, you will seek out new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with new clients, acting as a reliable partner for your key account customers.

You will maintain a positive outlook when faced with challenges and will not be discouraged by setbacks. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and should possess an established business network in the region.

Your designated territory includes Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan.
