Proven success in business development.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing customer requirements and providing solutions to position Total Specialties as a valued business partner.
2. Establishing business objectives with existing distributors and identifying strategic growth areas in line with Total's roadmap.

3. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.

4. Meeting sales growth and profitability targets as defined by the Sales Director.

5. Keeping an accurate record of customer interactions and new business activities using the Total CRM system.

6.

Collaborating with various departments within the company to meet sales growth targets, including Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing.

7. Representing Total at trade shows and marketing events.

You will play a crucial role in advancing the Lubricants sector, aligning with the Group's strategic roadmap and ambitions.

As a Sales Professional, you will enhance our brand visibility through distributors by promoting products such as synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, and transmission fluids.

Ensure that distributors maintain adequate stock levels of products.


As a proactive challenger, you will seek out new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with new customers, serving as a trusted partner for your existing key accounts.

You will approach challenges with a positive mindset and remain resilient in the face of setbacks. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required. You can work remotely and should have an established business network in the region.

Your designated territory encompasses Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan.
