The Sales Effectiveness Leader for Secure Power is a crucial position within the Sales Effectiveness and Operations team of the Secure Power North America Sales Strategy & Operations organization. This role is tasked with enhancing efficiency and productivity through ongoing improvements in sales processes, significantly influencing the Secure Power North America business.
This position is essential for boosting sales productivity and accelerating business growth by guiding cross-functional teams that utilize advanced program management tools and robust analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic ally to sales leadership in promoting predictable sales management and effectiveness.
- Employ advanced program management expertise to implement initiatives effectively.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at improving sales productivity.
- Facilitate and engage in cross-functional projects to enhance sales readiness, execution, and growth.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with NAM Commercial Operations to support the existing sales management system through process and digital tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
- A bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field; a master’s degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and territory management.
- Proven experience in large industrial or technology firms leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Adaptability to modify strategies to meet objectives and surpass targets.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and data analytics capabilities.
- Robust business acumen coupled with a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

- Reports to the Director of Sales Effectiveness & Operations.
