The Sales Effectiveness Leader for Secure Power is a crucial position within the Sales Effectiveness and Operations team of the Secure Power NAM Sales Strategy & Operations organization. This role is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and productivity through ongoing improvements in sales processes, significantly influencing the Secure Power NAM business.
This position is instrumental in boosting sales productivity and fostering business growth by guiding cross-functional teams that utilize advanced program management tools and robust analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic collaborator with sales leadership to ensure predictable sales management and effectiveness.
- Employ advanced program management expertise to implement initiatives effectively.
- Take ownership of developing and executing strategies to improve sales productivity.
- Lead and engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing sales readiness, execution, and growth.
- Leverage data and analytics to pinpoint opportunities for improving sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Support the current sales management system through process and digital tools in partnership with NAM Commercial Operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across NAM.
- A four-year degree with over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field; a master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and territory management.
- Proven experience in large industrial or technology companies leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet objectives and surpass goals.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and data analysis capabilities.
- Solid business acumen coupled with a process-oriented mindset.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

- Reports to the Director of Sales Effectiveness & Operations.
