Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree is preferred in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in sales is advantageous.

• Must possess strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities (both verbal and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementing the TotalEnergies Marketing USA Strategic Plan.

2. Assessing client requirements and providing solutions to position TotalEnergies as a strategic partner.
  1. Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
  2. Meeting sales growth and profitability targets as established by the Sales Director.
  3. Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions and new business initiatives using TotalEnergies CRM systems.
  4. Collaborating closely with the Distributor Sales team to support clients on national initiatives.
  5. Coordinating with various departments to achieve targeted growth objectives, including Sales Support and Marketing.
8. Reporting weekly and monthly results to management as directed by the supervisor.

9. Representing the company at events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.

10. Gathering market intelligence regarding pricing trends, competitive strategies, and industry developments.

As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility by marketing products such as synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, and transmission fluids. You will engage in direct sales efforts to promote these products.

As a proactive challenger, you will seek to develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base while serving as a trusted partner to existing key accounts. You will maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations and remain resilient in the face of rejection. You should be willing to travel and engage with clients directly. A clean driving record is essential.

This position allows for remote work, and candidates should reside within the designated territory, equipped with an established business network.
