Sales Effectiveness Leader for Secure Power Solutions

The Sales Effectiveness Leader for Secure Power Solutions is a crucial position within the Sales Effectiveness and Operations team of the Secure Power NAM Sales Strategy & Operations organization. This role is tasked with enhancing efficiency and productivity through ongoing improvements in sales processes, significantly influencing the Secure Power NAM business.
This position is instrumental in boosting sales productivity and fostering business growth by leading cross-functional teams that utilize advanced program management methodologies and robust analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic collaborator with sales leadership to ensure effective sales management and productivity.
- Apply advanced program management expertise to implement initiatives effectively.
- Take ownership of the development and execution of strategies aimed at improving sales productivity.
- Lead and engage in cross-departmental initiatives to support sales readiness, execution, and expansion.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Assist in maintaining the current sales management system through process enhancements and digital tools in partnership with NAM Commercial Operations.
- Travel up to 30% across NAM.
- A bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field; a master’s degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and territory management.
- Proven experience in large industrial or technology firms leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet objectives and surpass targets.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and data analysis capabilities.
- Solid business acumen with a process-oriented mindset.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

- Reports to the Director of Sales Effectiveness & Operations.
