The Vice President of Technology Solutions Architecture is a pivotal role that requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of technology trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the architectural framework for all technology systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that reflect emerging trends and recommend strategic directions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of complex systems.
  • Translate intricate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct research and apply engineering principles to enhance product interfaces and system integration.
  • Advise on innovative technologies that can optimize current systems and processes.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate technology platforms and communication tools to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role as a Solution Architect.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong management and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven track record of building effective working relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

This position provides a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and expectations associated with the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

As the Vice President of Technology Solutions Architecture, you will play a crucial role in architecting innovative applications that align with HTEC's mission and enhance our organizational capabilities. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers and project managers to drive technology adoption and deliver impactful solutions.
