Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Partnerships to drive growth through strategic partnerships, influence our strategic direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies that can bundle or package our offerings as part of their core products through various mechanisms like resale, co-sale, or white label.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Partnership Management: Implement and lead a cross-functional partnership management methodology to achieve forecasted annual revenue growth.
  • Align with Business Leaders: Align with Epsilon business leaders to ensure partnership deals meet critical strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Optimize Partnership Performance: Regularly review and optimize partnership and solution performance, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
  • Meet Revenue Targets: Meet key annual revenue and margin quota targets by partner.
  • Contribute to Product Revenue Goals: Directly contribute to product revenue goals by leveraging partner channels.
  • Increase Product Awareness: Increase Epsilon product awareness through strategic partner relationships.
  • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies: Organize Epsilon's strategy for efficient and effective interactions with partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years in Advertising & AdTech, Marketing & MarTech, Agency & System Integrator, Data Infrastructure, and Consumer Data & Identity ecosystems.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of 7+ years in partnership development and management, delivering high revenue growth.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Strong relationship-building and influence management skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Highly credible communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of Loyalty Marketing: Understanding of loyalty marketing, omni-channel communications, marketing automation, customer data collection/usage, mobile, and other customer-related technologies.
  • Ability to Work with Diverse Teams: Ability to work efficiently with diverse internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, technology, product, sales, etc.).
  • Travel Requirements: Ready to travel on a semi-regular basis for partner meetings and conferences.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 (in addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible).
