  9. Stay informed about industry developments and proactively adjust company policies and procedures as necessary.
  10. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, including real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and investors, to foster loyalty and drive business growth.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business avenues while expanding services for existing clients.
  12. Work closely with the finance team to formulate and manage the title division's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management.
  13. Monitor key performance indicators, financial outcomes, and industry benchmarks to pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive profitability.
  14. Provide comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the title industry, with progressive leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of title search, examination, clearance, and closing processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and operational management.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and technology platforms.
  • Certified Escrow Officer in Texas.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform tasks that involve finger dexterity, grasping, and effective communication. The role may involve sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Working conditions are generally pleasant, with minimal exposure to hazardous situations.
