We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer who possesses robust enterprise experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities for Pre-Sales Engineer:
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify genuine customer needs, facilitate discovery sessions, create customized demonstrations, and deliver Proofs of Concept.
Enhance and refine sales messaging while pinpointing essential criteria for closing deals.
Participate in meetings alongside business development managers, serving as a technical authority within the sales team.
Develop tailored business cases to support customer proposals.
Work closely and collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions.
Ensure alignment of customer requirements with our platform capabilities.
Engage with customers to gather and understand their requirements.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with sales teams.
Present proposals to clients alongside sales team members.

Ideal Qualifications for Pre-Sales Engineer:
Proven experience in a technical presales role, particularly in large enterprise environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with SaaS and software systems.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Strong acumen in C-Level sales and support, particularly in HR, Sales Leadership, and Call Center environments.
Willingness to work in a collaborative office environment.
Experience in selling and consulting in HR, Change Management, Performance, or Learning Solutions is advantageous.
