Your role will involve engaging with executives, managers, and end-users to illustrate how Axion's platform creates value, thereby ensuring the success of our sales initiatives. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to leverage the best resources for each deployment. Supported by senior leaders and technical colleagues, you will play a vital role in our cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical overviews of Axion's AI solutions during prospective customer discussions.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, designing and leading product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives on deal strategies and tactics.
- Serve as the product authority within the sales team, comprehending all features and functionalities.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their challenges and articulate Axion's value proposition.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address product and technical inquiries, resolve technical issues, and translate customer feedback into actionable business and product requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals.
- Understand customer ROI drivers and develop compelling business cases.
- Work with sales and product development teams to identify and implement product enhancements and new features based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing sales engineering, consulting, or solutions engineering role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute high-stakes projects with minimal oversight.
- Capability to distill complex customer challenges and product features into persuasive value demonstration narratives.
- Experience in configuring product demonstration environments and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Involvement in product development through collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and technical skills to assist organizations in leveraging their data.
- Experience collaborating with product teams on customer requirements for roadmap development.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
