Role Responsibilities

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be pivotal in tailoring Klarna's product offerings to meet the unique requirements of our key merchants and partners. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will provide essential technical insights and support throughout the sales journey.

Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, managing all technical elements of the pre-sales process, and delivering comprehensive solution proposals. This includes conducting product demonstrations, contributing technical expertise to customer proposals, and transforming product and business needs into effective solutions.

In instances where customized solutions necessitate development, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, architecting the solution in partnership with the client, and overseeing the implementation process.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with web technologies and their implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading pre-sales discussions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and a curious mindset.
  • An adaptable personality that thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Over 5 years of relevant client-facing experience in web technologies, particularly in payments and e-commerce.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Familiarity with current e-commerce platforms or content management systems.
  • Some experience in sales or account management is beneficial.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $160,446 - $217,074, complemented by additional components of Klarna's compensation package.
