Position Overview
The Interventional Urology Sales Consultant at Coloplast plays a crucial role in supporting our Men's Health initiatives. This position is dedicated to providing on-site clinical guidance and product insights regarding Coloplast's extensive range of surgical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Assist healthcare professionals during surgical procedures, ensuring they have the necessary support and information regarding our products.
  • Engage in follow-up activities, offering troubleshooting assistance and educational resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors to cover surgical cases and provide sales support.

Clinical Expertise
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge related to assigned offerings. You will be responsible for:

  • Educating and training medical staff, including physicians and surgeons, on the technical aspects of Coloplast products.
  • Participating in industry training and events to enhance business development opportunities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and industry trends.

Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers by:

  • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
  • Understanding the customer environment, including key decision-makers and their concerns.
  • Engaging in market development activities as necessary.

Administrative Duties
Efficiently manage information and records through CRM systems and ensure compliance with vendor credentialing requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate sales reporting and inventory management.
  • Completing all necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the medical field, preferably in medical device sales or service.
  • A background in Urology or experience with implantable devices is preferred.
  • The ability to travel domestically and overnight as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
