We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Consultant to join our Women's Health sales division. This position is focused on expanding our market presence and driving sales in the designated territory. The ideal candidate will be located within the target area and will engage in field sales activities.

The Healthcare Sales Consultant will enhance revenue and foster market growth through direct sales to individual Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and Obstetricians/Gynecologists. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing essential relationships, as well as developing and executing a strategic business plan aimed at rapid revenue growth. Efforts will concentrate on both existing products and new product introductions. Additionally, the Consultant will provide clinical insights and educational support/training regarding the technical applications of our products. This role involves delivering technical training in clinical and surgical settings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Boosting revenue and advancing market development through direct sales to individual Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, Obstetricians/Gynecologists, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Sales initiatives will include effective prospecting and maintaining vital relationships.
  • Formulating and executing a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth in your assigned area.
  • Sales activities will focus on both current products and new product launches.
  • Playing a crucial role in the organization's success.
  • Regular interaction with Protected Health Information (PHI) in both paper and electronic formats, utilizing various technologies to access PHI as necessary.
  • Completion of training related to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training is required within the first month of employment.
  • Maintaining up-to-date status on training requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Nursing or a related healthcare discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in physician sales within the medical sales, medical devices, or diagnostic laboratory sectors is strongly preferred.
  • A background in medical or biological sciences, particularly clinical diagnostics, is advantageous.
  • Experience and knowledge in selling to Obstetricians/Gynecologists or Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists is highly preferred.
  • A proven history of success in establishing new markets and products while rapidly increasing revenue.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Gmail.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Must be intelligent, adaptable, self-driven, results-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the capability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • A sense of urgency with a focus on closing business is essential.
  • Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with an emphasis on consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem-solving.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a startup environment and the ability to work independently with a strong internal drive for success.
