Position Overview

Compensation: Based on Experience

We are in search of a proactive and skilled sales consultant with a background in selling advisory services to become a part of our team at International Institute for Learning, Inc. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and driving revenue by advocating for our consulting offerings to both prospective and current clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to boost sales of consulting services.
  • Identify and explore new business prospects through various channels including networking, email outreach, and professional connections.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing department to propose and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitor movements to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Comprehend all consulting services provided by IIL and effectively communicate them to potential and existing clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the consulting sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
