Compensation: Approximately $230-250k OTE (70/30) + equity + benefits

They are on an exciting path of growth and are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Solutions Consultant to join their dynamic go-to-market team in the US.

The Position:

As the new Regional Sales Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the US team. Reporting directly to the VP of Solutions, you will serve as the primary expert for new business development, concentrating on broadening our client base within the Financial Services sector with their cutting-edge suite of solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Expertise: Create and deliver engaging on-screen and face-to-face proof of concepts, presentations, and product demonstrations that showcase the value of their solutions.
  • Engage and Inform: Address requests for proposals, information, and security questionnaires, crafting thoughtful and precise responses to meet client requirements.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong, technical connections with key stakeholders and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Customer Feedback Loop and collaborate with Product Management, Go-To-Market, Marketing, and other internal teams to refine messaging and ensure customer feedback is prioritized.
  • Represent the Brand: Prepare and present at industry conferences, events, and webinars, advocating for their solutions to a wider audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a hands-on technical solutions or sales engineering role with a proven track record in a customer-facing capacity within the Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud-based solutions for financial institutions. A desire to work in a start-up environment is essential.
  • Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a talent for managing client expectations and delivering results.
  • Network: A strong network within leading financial services corporations is a plus.
  • Attitude: Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a strong "get it done" mindset. Ability to work independently and thrive without micromanagement.
