Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of fund, property, and operational financial statements
  • Calculate and analyze management fees and carried interest
  • Prepare and distribute capital call and distribution notifications
  • Monitor and forecast cash requirements
  • Oversee audits for various entities and investments
  • Collaborate with tax professionals to coordinate tax submissions
  • Investigate tax and accounting updates
  • Track and evaluate portfolio investments
  • Review debt covenants with financial institutions
  • Develop and uphold accounting policies and procedures
  • Support the asset valuation process
  • Resolve finance and accounting challenges
  • Handle special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in private equity, hedge funds, fund administration, auditing, or CPA firms
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially in fund and partnership accounting
