Vaco is a leading firm in the EV charging network sector, and we are currently seeking a skilled Corporate Accountant to enhance our financial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounts payable processes to ensure all necessary documentation is collected, accurately categorized, and collaborate with the Project Management team to verify project statuses.
- Manage inventory functions by performing three-way matches between purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts, along with conducting monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Work closely with the Grants and Project Management teams to compile documentation required for funding sources.
- Prepare monthly journal entries, finalize general ledger reconciliations, and maintain updated financial workbooks.
- Review and authorize expense reports.
- Execute various job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate accounting setting.
- Familiarity with GAAP, month-end closing procedures, and proficient Excel skills.
