Memfault is on the lookout for a remarkable Head of Human Resources to spearhead and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that fosters engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction within our swiftly expanding, high-achieving global workforce.

This individual will manage all facets of the Human Resources function, encompassing talent acquisition, performance evaluation, professional development, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

As a pivotal leader, this role will engage collaboratively across various organizational levels and will significantly contribute to Memfault's ongoing growth and success.

This position will report directly to the VP of Operations and will oversee a dynamic HR team. This is a hybrid position.


Key Responsibilities:


Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to leadership on organizational and people-centric strategies and execution, including career development, performance evaluation, coaching, compensation, employee relations, and talent management.

Enhancing and refining organization-wide systems and processes that cover the entire employee lifecycle and experience, from onboarding to career transitions.

Developing and executing a competitive total rewards strategy by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights, along with internal and external data.

Designing and implementing best practices for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Leading comprehensive recruitment efforts as we expand our global team.


Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Human Resources within a high-growth startup environment; experience in a B2B SaaS context is advantageous.
Proven track record of managing and mentoring early-career HR professionals.
Ability to function as both a strategist and an executor – possessing the ambition to develop executive-level strategies while being prepared to engage in all tasks necessary to achieve those goals.
Capability to align HR strategies with current business priorities, especially as the organization navigates through various stages of growth.
Strong instincts for identifying and addressing cultural, employee relations, and performance challenges.
