Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overarching goals and mission of the organization.

  • Employee Relations: Oversee programs that promote positive employee relations, ensuring equitable practices that enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the Total Rewards team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Ensure that performance management systems effectively drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local labor laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including HRIS management, analytics, and employee support regarding benefits and career development.
  • International Expansion: Provide strategic direction for HR policies and practices as the company expands into new markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within the technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • Expertise in both international and domestic HR practices, including compliance and cultural considerations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
