Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overarching goals and mission of the organization.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and senior leadership to manage hiring initiatives and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Oversee programs that promote positive employee relations, ensuring equitable practices that enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the Total Rewards team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Performance Management: Ensure that performance management systems effectively drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within the technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Expertise in both international and domestic HR practices, including compliance and cultural considerations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
