Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in formulating and implementing HR policies, managing internal human resources systems, analyzing HR metrics, and collaborating across departments to ensure the effective execution of HR operations in alignment with our organizational goals.

In this dynamic role, you will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability as the organization grows. Strong prioritization skills and a hands-on approach are essential, as you will lead a dedicated team of HR professionals located globally. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing a robust Human Resources framework that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with business evolution
  • Oversee HR systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assess and optimize HR technology for improved processes
  • Lead a small, international HR team
  • Manage performance evaluation systems effectively
  • Administer benefits and immigration processes comprehensively
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employment contracts and records
  • Address HR inquiries from employees in accordance with internal service level agreements
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Standardize and communicate updates to HR operations processes
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations for a distributed workforce
  • Familiarity with global payroll systems
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Ability to create and implement equitable company policies
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven team management and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to execute plans in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management; Master's preferred
