About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Design and implement HR strategies that are in harmony with the company’s overarching mission and business goals.

Talent Acquisition:
Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Senior Management to oversee hiring requests, monitor hiring progress, and ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations initiatives, ensuring equitable and consistent practices that foster a positive workplace and enhance employee satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:
Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Performance Management:
Ensure that performance management processes effectively drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

Compliance:
Guarantee adherence to local labor laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions.

Organizational Development:
Lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.

HR Operations:
Oversee daily HR operations, including HRIS management, reporting and analytics, and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and career development.

International Expansion:
Provide strategic guidance and support for international growth initiatives, including the establishment of HR policies and practices in new markets.

Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in an HR/People Operations role within Tech, FinTech, or Financial Services.

International and Domestic HR Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, and cultural considerations.

Strategic Thinker:
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.

Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptability:
Comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
