Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to cultivate an inclusive, enjoyable, and efficient workplace.
- Steer the People strategy to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to support the complete employee lifecycle, while identifying areas for enhancement.
- Refine existing management programs to empower our leaders in effective people management.
- Establish and execute plans for employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Work closely with the leadership team to integrate our core values into strategic planning.
- Oversee the strategy and daily operations of all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, learning & development, engagement, and compliance.
- Enhance current employee programs to optimize performance management, compensation, career development, and engagement.
- Advance people analytics to extract valuable insights.
- Support and coordinate quarterly diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops.
- Manage immigration and visa sponsorship processes.
- Supervise all benefits administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to create a welcoming HR environment that feels approachable and supportive.
- Capability to seamlessly transition between tactical and strategic responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coach leaders at all levels.
- Experience in startup environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional empathy and a people-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in building a positive workplace culture in previous roles.
- Expertise in developing comprehensive strategies for all facets of HR operations, from compliance to employee development.
- Ability to navigate a distributed workforce as we expand our operations.
