Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to cultivate an inclusive, enjoyable, and efficient workplace.
  • Steer the People strategy to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to support the complete employee lifecycle, while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Refine existing management programs to empower our leaders in effective people management.
  • Establish and execute plans for employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to integrate our core values into strategic planning.
  • Oversee the strategy and daily operations of all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, learning & development, engagement, and compliance.
  • Enhance current employee programs to optimize performance management, compensation, career development, and engagement.
  • Advance people analytics to extract valuable insights.
  • Support and coordinate quarterly diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops.
  • Manage immigration and visa sponsorship processes.
  • Supervise all benefits administration.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create a welcoming HR environment that feels approachable and supportive.
  • Capability to seamlessly transition between tactical and strategic responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Experience in startup environments is advantageous.
  • Exceptional empathy and a people-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in building a positive workplace culture in previous roles.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive strategies for all facets of HR operations, from compliance to employee development.
  • Ability to navigate a distributed workforce as we expand our operations.
