Position Overview:
The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Human Resources department, ensuring that the hotel maintains its commitment to exceptional guest service and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Human Resources, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, training, benefits administration, compliance with legal requirements, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to the General Manager and leadership team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Developing and implementing policies that promote a positive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Handling labor relations, including contract negotiations and grievance resolutions, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
  • Leading recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
