Memfault is on the lookout for a remarkable Head of Human Resources to spearhead and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that fosters engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction within our swiftly expanding, high-performing global workforce. This individual will manage all facets of the People function, encompassing talent acquisition, performance evaluation, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS and compliance, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

This leadership position will report directly to the VP of Operations and will oversee a dedicated HR team. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational and personnel-related strategies and execution, including career development, performance assessment, coaching, compensation structures, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Enhancing and refining organization-wide systems and processes that encompass the employee lifecycle and experience, from onboarding to career transitions.
  • Developing and executing a competitive total rewards strategy, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights, along with internal and external data.
  • Designing and implementing best practices for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Leading comprehensive recruitment efforts as we expand our global team.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in People operations within a high-growth startup environment; experience in a B2B SaaS context is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring early-career HR professionals.
  • Ability to function as both a strategist and an executor, with the ambition to develop executive-level strategies while being willing to engage in all necessary tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Capability to align People strategies with current business priorities, especially as the organization evolves through various growth stages.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying and addressing cultural, employee relations, and performance-related challenges.
