Key Responsibilities:


Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development for the Americas, you will be a senior executive responsible for cultivating, managing, and nurturing high-impact strategic partnerships.


Your primary duties will include:

Achieving ambitious company-wide business objectivesEstablishing and expanding strategic USDC partnerships with key distribution channels throughout the Americas, particularly focusing on Latin AmericaOverseeing the execution of commercial agreements with various organizations for Circle's diverse product offeringsCollaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement effective activation and growth strategies to optimize ROI for Circle and our partnersInnovating partnership strategies that leverage Circle's unique assets and tap into partner ecosystems to drive business expansion.

In this role, you will engage with Circle's leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize, secure, and manage strategic, high-revenue opportunities, which will encompass:

  • Originating and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, fostering partnership momentum, and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans for key projects.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the market landscape, use cases, partnership potential, and desired business outcomes in Circle's target markets.
  • Structuring deals, negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefit with major partners, and managing the complete deal lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong executive relationships with key decision-makers in large partner organizations.
  • Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the deal process.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication in both written and verbal formats, including documentation sharing, feedback solicitation, and maintaining deal integrity in sales tools.
  • Fostering a team culture characterized by high integrity, collaboration, customer focus, metrics-driven performance, agility, and optimism.

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Strategic Business Development.
Background in financial services, payments, or blockchain/digital asset technology is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing high-impact strategic agreements with C-level executives.

Exceptional territory and pipeline management skills, with the ability to prioritize a wide range of initiatives to maximize business growth.

Proven capability to collaborate with technical teams and contribute meaningfully to innovative solutions for unique partner engagements.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

Additional Information:
This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider various factors when determining compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may vary for candidates in different locations.

Base Pay Range:
$232,500 - $290,000
Annual Bonus Target: 25%
