Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our proven sales methodology during training and apply it in the field
  • Generate new business by engaging with local companies and establishing new accounts
  • Utilize our established system to create a sustainable referral network

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented with a strong capacity to meet targets
  • Possession of an active insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
