Regional Sales Vice President

This role is crucial in reinforcing Randstad's premier position in the market by effectively managing intricate sales processes and serving as a trusted advisor.
Our Randstad Inhouse Services Division (RIS) focuses on providing high-volume, skilled flexible labor to enhance workforce adaptability, retention, productivity, and efficiency.
This model encompasses a comprehensive HR process that includes recruitment, onboarding, planning, and workforce management.
We are in search of a strategic thinker who is eager to leverage their closing expertise to equip organizations with the optimal human capital solutions that allow our talent to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to acquire new clients
- Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, including database development
- Build and maintain significant and productive relationships at all levels within client organizations
- Engage in active listening to comprehend the complete scope of potential clients' operations and needs
- Design and execute solutions and processes that ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated B2B or staffing sales experience, with a history of successfully closing substantial deals
- Experience in selling solutions rather than just products
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to identify client needs and manage expectations effectively
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- A competitive spirit driven by the challenges of the role
- Leadership experience in problem-solving and team development
- A passion for achieving results, resilience, self-assurance, and a commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in using Google applications for communication and collaboration
