  • Champion safety and quality standards across the New Building Solutions business.
  • Collaborate with Unit Management and NBS directors, along with other departments, to meet targets across various regional markets.
  • Lead and develop the New Building Solutions team, identifying skill gaps and training needs to align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with global teams to drive profitable growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • A relevant degree in a commercial or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, financial management, and performance oversight within the elevator, construction, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong customer relationship management and project management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics, sales management, and channel strategies.
  • Familiarity with installation methodologies, construction contracts, and relevant employment laws.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities, including cash flow and profitability metrics.
