Position Summary:

As an Administrative Coordinator for Brand Partnerships, you will be instrumental in managing the dynamic schedule of a prominent entrepreneur and visionary. This role combines communication and project management, placing you at the forefront of creating opportunities and facilitating collaborations. Your responsibilities will include fostering partnerships through various media channels, managing high-profile relationships, and engaging in strategic planning to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration through event and media bookings.
  • Oversee the visionary's calendar, ensuring organized scheduling that maximizes engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate all logistics for podcast and event arrangements, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage in professional conversations across various platforms to effectively represent our visionary.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and quick thinking to address challenges and changes in plans.
  • Make informed decisions that align with our strategic objectives while assessing opportunities critically.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to illustrate campaign progress and future strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify potential partnership opportunities and promotional avenues.
  • Develop timelines and schedules for projects, ensuring all team members are informed and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience working with influencers and high-profile professionals, particularly in media relations and event management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in engaging across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems effectively under pressure.
  • High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle various tasks as required.
  • Willingness to travel for events and professional engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance professional relationships.
  • Confidence in making executive decisions and demonstrating leadership.
