About the Role

Starting Compensation of $16.00/hr

The Registration Coordinator is tasked with managing the administrative functions related to the registration of vehicles for our clients. This includes verifying documentation and executing the necessary administrative tasks to facilitate the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from Carvana to the customer. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

Registration Coordinators are essential to the vehicle purchasing experience, dedicating a significant portion of their day to ensuring both efficiency and precision while processing documentation for vehicle registration. We seek an individual with outstanding problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, finalize, and dispatch customer registration documents.
  • Serve as the representative of Carvana, engaging with customers through video calls to notarize their documents.
  • Examine customer registration packets for accuracy and completeness promptly.
  • Facilitate notary services via video calls with customers.
  • Communicate with state and county licensing authorities through various channels.
  • Update customer records to maintain current information in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members across different departments.
  • Assist Advocates and other staff with customer follow-ups.
  • Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external databases.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes within a customer tracking system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background required.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile various sources of information accurately.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Consistent attendance in the office is required (remote work is not permitted).
  • Ability to perform the job safely.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
  • Ability to obtain a remote online notary certification.
Additional Information

This position at Carvana operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Work hours may increase during peak periods and decrease at other times based on business needs. Overtime may be required depending on volume. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability as needed.
