Job Overview:
Solugenix Corp is collaborating with a prominent financial services organization to identify a qualified Administrative Support Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and efficient handling of correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and executed documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the printing of checks and invoices as part of disbursement processes.
- Maintain records of postage and track mailroom supplies.
- Assist in scanning and digitizing important documents.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in scanning, printing, and mailroom operations.
- Experience with computer data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
- Familiarity with multiple software applications.
Qualifications:
