Job Summary
As a Sales Business Development Representative at Novatech Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Beaufort/Bluffton/Hilton Head, SC area. This role involves engaging with new business opportunities, adopting established sales processes, and developing relationships with C-level executives. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and needs while aligning our products and services to drive sales revenue and market share.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling top-tier business technology solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in an 8-week sales development program, where you will receive in-depth training on our products, sales model, and internal tools and resources. You will also have ongoing development opportunities throughout the year to increase your technical and sales skills, as well as product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, diligent, tenacious, passionate, intuitive, big picture thinker, optimistic, self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative individual who can excel in a fast-paced sales environment. About the Role
- Engage with new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
- Adopt established sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy
- Network with the local business community and seek new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and needs while aligning our products and services
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads
- Close net new business and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals
