Marrina Decisions is a growing technology company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are expanding our sales team and need a skilled Business Development Representative to help us drive growth.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a BDR, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and systematically introducing our products to potential customers. Your strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and drive to succeed will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record in call handling and SaaS experience
  • Knowledge and experience of the North America and EMEA markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus bonuses and commission pay. Our benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends required.
