We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative – Hewlett Packard and Epson Printers to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business development, have excellent customer relationships, and thrive in an environment where success is crafted.

Job Description
The primary duties involve prospecting for new wide format and office copier printing business within the construction, architectural and engineering industries. Responsibilities include:
  • Achieving assigned revenue targets by creating new business opportunities for our wide format and office copier printing solutions.
  • Making 50 unique prospecting calls per week, making face-to-face calls, fully understanding prospects' business requirements, developing ROI models, communicating how our solutions will help achieve their business objectives, and clearly conveying the positive financial impact of our solutions in a proposal.
  • Driving company objectives of profitable wide format printer hardware and sales and service revenue.
  • Emphasizing customer retention and growth along with strategic initiatives connecting production print hardware, MFP hardware, and wide format hardware.
  • Actively participating in appropriate networking events that support and contribute to Duncan-Parnell sales growth.
  • Providing reports on a regular basis to ensure required business objectives are met.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A bachelor's degree or proven capital equipment sales experience.
  • Familiarity with industries that purchase wide format technology – Architectural, Civil Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing.
  • Understanding complex sales cycles and ability to play the key role of a consultant to all contact levels within an organization.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to grow the number of reference accounts in the territory.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Work experience and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
