Business Development Representative

Globe Life Family Heritage is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive training program and a sales academy where you can learn our proven sales system from the best.
In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling company products to new individuals and groups, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and reaching agreed-upon activity goals by deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to build a self-sustaining referral stream using our process.
We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, highly coachable, and an entrepreneur at heart with an ownership mindset. Previous experience in direct, outside, or B2B sales is preferred, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates who possess these key characteristics.
