Business Development Representative

Are you a sales enthusiast looking to grow your career in the financial industry? We are seeking highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team at FinTech Processing.
About the Role:
- We are looking for self-driven individuals who can develop relationships with small business owners and promote our payment solutions.
- You will work closely with our dedicated Sales Directors to learn the sales process, our technology, and how to build a successful territory.
- You will utilize our entire Support Team to provide excellent customer service and ensure business owners have the best experience possible.
- You will find the right technology and payment solution for each business, including Elevate POS, mobile solutions, contactless payment options, virtual terminals, e-commerce solutions, and more.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Self-motivation and drive: Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ability to meet sales targets: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
- Time management skills: Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple clients or leads effectively
- Reliable transportation: Ability to travel locally or regionally to meet clients
- High level of professionalism: Ethical and customer-focused approach to sales
- Availability: Willingness to commit to a flexible schedule based on client needs
- Access to technology: Smartphone, laptop, and internet access for remote selling
Compensation: This position is commission-based only, allowing you to achieve uncapped earning potential based on your efforts and results. Estimated annual salary: $50,000 - $100,000+
