Position Overview

We are on the lookout for outstanding Enterprise Account Directors to further our mission of enhancing the global software experience. As a recognized leader in Product Analytics and Digital Adoption platforms, our offerings cater to both emerging startups and established enterprises worldwide. Our impressive growth, evidenced by our expanding customer base of over 3,000, underscores our position as a late-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement a sophisticated, value-driven sales approach that engages multiple stakeholders within your accounts.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business prospects by analyzing and proactively addressing high-value needs across various functions and business sectors.
  3. Clearly communicate Pendo's unique business value, solutions, and functional advantages.
  4. Enhance executive visibility, sales pipeline, and revenue growth within accounts.
  5. Formulate account strategies that accelerate sales momentum by collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Emerging Account Directors.
  6. Accurately forecast sales opportunities while monitoring and utilizing critical metrics that indicate sales success.
  7. Document all relevant sales activities using the company's Salesforce CRM platform.
  8. Perform additional duties as required.
  9. Travel as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Proven success in selling Enterprise software and platform-as-a-service solutions to VP and C-suite executives.
  2. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders across Global 2000 companies, encompassing both business and IT sectors.
  3. Expertise in developing multi-year account strategies to increase value and expand presence within designated accounts.
  4. Established experience in managing a diverse sales opportunity pipeline within a collaborative team environment.
  5. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.
  6. Ability to differentiate between productive activities and measurable outcomes; exhibits a strong work ethic.
  7. Capable of working independently while promoting effective collaboration within the Pendo team.
  8. Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Looker, Gong, and Docusign.
  9. Knowledge of MEDDIC and Force Management methodologies.

  1. Trained in MEDDIC and Force Management methodologies.

Compensation Overview

Our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our industry and are one component of the comprehensive compensation, benefits, and rewards we offer. The anticipated OTE range for this role in the United States is $240K - $300K USD. Individual pay rates are determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skill set, and internal equity relative to peers within the company.
