Overview: We are in search of outstanding Enterprise Account Directors who are passionate about enhancing the global software experience. As a recognized leader in Product Analytics and Digital Adoption platforms, our offerings cater to both startups and established enterprises worldwide. With a growing customer base of over 3,000, our success reflects our rapid growth as a late-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement a sophisticated, value-driven sales approach that involves multiple stakeholders within your accounts.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively addressing high-value needs across various functions and business lines.
  3. Clearly communicate Pendo's distinctive business value, solutions, and functional advantages.
  4. Enhance executive visibility, sales pipeline, and revenue growth within accounts.
  5. Develop account strategies that accelerate sales momentum by collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Emerging Account Directors.
  6. Accurately forecast sales opportunities while monitoring and utilizing key metrics that indicate sales success.
  7. Document all relevant sales activities using the company's Salesforce CRM platform.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  9. Travel as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven success in selling Enterprise software and platform-as-a-service solutions to VP and C-suite executives.
  2. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives across Global 2000 organizations, covering both business and IT sectors.
  3. Expertise in creating multi-year account strategies to enhance value and expand presence within designated accounts.
  4. Established proficiency in managing a diverse sales opportunity pipeline as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to deliver compelling presentations.
  6. Adept at distinguishing between productive activities and tangible outcomes; exemplifies a strong work ethic.
  7. Capable of working independently while promoting effective collaboration within the Pendo team.
  8. Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Looker, Gong, and Docusign.
  9. Familiarity with MEDDIC and Force Management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Training in MEDDIC and Force Management methodologies.

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our industry and are one component of the comprehensive compensation, benefits, and rewards we offer. The expected OTE range for this role in the United States is $240K - $300K USD. Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and above the expected salary range, are based on various factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal equity relative to peers at the company.
