Position Overview:

The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with new clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Account Director will manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives by promoting ESCO Group A.E.I.'s comprehensive suite of training and change management services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance the sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract renewal, employing consultative sales techniques to foster enduring client relationships that yield mutual benefits.
  • Utilize a strategic approach to understand client needs and effectively propose tailored training and technology solutions.
  • Maintain a well-documented sales pipeline and engage in revenue forecasting activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, adeptly addressing client objections and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and data science teams to create customized training programs for clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across all training and AI program offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years in enterprise sales roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1 million annual quota.
  • Experience in selling professional or training services.
  • Strong background in consultative selling within a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Proven ability to independently cultivate and close new client relationships.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a positive demeanor.
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional development.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate resources and advance business opportunities.
