Position Overview:

The Account Director plays a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients. This position is essential for establishing and nurturing relationships with organizations that can benefit from our advanced workforce development programs and AI solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Account Director will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding them through the complexities of data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives by promoting ESCO Group A.E.I.'s comprehensive suite of training and change management services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the client pipeline, including proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract renewal, utilizing consultative sales techniques to foster long-term relationships that yield mutual benefits.
  • Assess and understand client needs to effectively propose tailored training and technology solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and engage in revenue forecasting activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, addressing any objections that may arise.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and data science teams to create customized training programs for clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across all training and AI program offerings.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years in enterprise sales roles with a proven track record of managing a $1 million annual quota or more.
  • Experience in selling professional or training services.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling within a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence and engage C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Exceptional presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Proven history of driving sales activity, developing pipelines, and achieving quotas.
  • Strong capability to independently cultivate and close new client relationships.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proactive and energetic with a positive outlook.
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional development.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills to coordinate resources and advance opportunities.

Work Environment:
While our operations are rooted in a global context, we provide the necessary support for effective remote collaboration. Compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, with additional incentives and commissions that may equal or exceed the base salary. This position also includes comprehensive benefits such as Unlimited PTO, Healthcare Insurance, 401k, and Paid Parental Leave, effective from the first day of employment.
