Position Overview:

The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by forging and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This position is essential for introducing our transformative workforce development solutions and AI services. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Account Director will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding them through the evolving landscape of data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals by promoting the full spectrum of ESCO Group's training and change management offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the client pipeline, including proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to contract renewal, utilizing consultative sales techniques to cultivate long-term partnerships that deliver mutual benefits.
  • Assess and understand client needs to effectively propose tailored training and technology solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and engage in revenue forecasting activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, addressing any objections that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized training programs for clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across all service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years in enterprise sales roles with a proven track record of meeting a $1 million annual quota.
  • Experience in selling professional or training services.
  • Strong background in consultative selling within a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
  • History of achieving sales targets and building robust client relationships.
  • Ability to independently manage and develop new client accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and energetic with a positive approach to challenges.
  • Commitment to teamwork and ongoing professional development.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate resources effectively.
