Position Overview:

The Account Director plays a pivotal role at ESCO Group A.E.I., focusing on revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients. This position involves building and nurturing relationships with organizations that can benefit from our advanced workforce development programs and AI solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Account Director will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding clients through the evolving landscape of data and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives by promoting the full suite of ESCO Group A.E.I.'s training and change management offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance the sales pipeline, actively pursuing new opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to proposal, implementation, and renewal, utilizing consultative sales techniques to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze client needs to effectively propose tailored packages of training and technology services.
  • Maintain a clear sales pipeline and engage in revenue forecasting activities.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, addressing objections as necessary.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and data science teams to create customized programs for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years in enterprise sales roles with a proven track record of managing a $1 million annual quota or more.
  • Experience in selling professional or training services.
  • Strong background in consultative selling within a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities.
  • History of consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
  • Proven capability to independently cultivate and close new client relationships.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional development.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills to coordinate resources and advance opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is competitive, with potential earnings between $125,000 and $175,000, complemented by performance-based incentives. Additionally, this role offers comprehensive benefits including unlimited paid time off, healthcare coverage, a 401k plan, and other perks effective from the first day of employment.
