Affinity Executive Search is representing a rapidly expanding technology organization that specializes in IT consulting and solutions across diverse industries, including financial services and manufacturing.

This organization is on the brink of significant growth within the U.S. market and is in search of a strategic and dynamic Head of Sales with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the sales team in recognizing, pursuing, and finalizing new client engagements to enhance revenue growth across various sectors. The Head of Sales will craft and implement strategies aimed at broadening the customer base and achieving ambitious sales objectives. This role encompasses full accountability for the sales function, including the development and execution of sales strategies and policies that align with the organization’s revenue targets.

By nurturing a collaborative atmosphere, this position emphasizes the importance of building trust and respect within teams. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with formulating and executing sales plans and forecasts to drive overall business development and account management efforts. This role will monitor actual performance against set expectations and adjust strategies, territories, or incentive structures as necessary.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree.
  • 6+ years of experience managing enterprise sales teams focused on technology and managed services within the financial services sector, specifically in areas such as banking, insurance, or mortgage.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to deliver sales results in complex sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and account management skills.
