Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Curry Up Now. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our restaurant operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive sales growth and profitability
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with company targets
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability
  • Operations and Quality Standards
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations meet or exceed company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
    • Conduct regular visits to other restaurants to monitor performance and provide feedback
    • Develop and implement action plans to address any areas for improvement
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
    • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurant
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including health and safety risks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining environment
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve business performance
