As our inaugural full-time Business Development Manager, you will not be alone in your efforts. Numerous team members are already fostering relationships with referral leaders in our communities. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance these relationships, increasing awareness and interest in our therapeutic activities, home care, and care management services. You will play a crucial role both as an individual contributor and as a member of our leadership team, refining our messaging and conversion processes.

Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position ranges from $130k to $160k On Target Earnings (OTE), with final compensation determined by education and experience.
