D E M Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management and staff.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and ADP Payroll software.
