About the Role:

As our inaugural full-time Business Development Manager, you will not be alone in your efforts. Numerous team members are already fostering relationships with key referral leaders in our communities. Your role will focus on expanding these connections, increasing awareness of our therapeutic activities, home care, and care management services. You will play a dual role as an individual contributor and a leadership team member, refining our messaging and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and enhance the sales capabilities of the organization as part of our leadership team.
  • Develop and implement business development objectives and performance metrics.
  • Generate awareness and leads for our services.
  • Convert inquiries into new client relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard additional business development personnel.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 in On Target Earnings (OTE), with final compensation determined by education and experience.
