Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Aliniti, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing long-term sales plans. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with target clients. Additionally, you will possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, products, and trends to communicate effectively with clients and align solutions with their needs.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing sales role with a track record of success
* Ability to travel nationwide 25 - 35% of the time
* Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop long-term sales plans
* True passion for achieving and winning sales; able to handle rejection, setbacks, and challenges with determination
