Key Responsibilities- Studio Sales Leadership: Oversee all studio sales functionality, including membership and retail sales.
- Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, supervise Sales Representatives, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, including face-to-face service, phone, and email support.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in local networking events, community promotions, and studio events to drive sales and growth.
- Operational Support: Assist with operational duties, such as ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and maintaining studio literature.
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience in the fitness industry.
- Proven track record of generating sales and training sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales.
- Previous management or supervisory experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Hourly base rate plus incentives.
- Unlimited Pure Barre membership while employed.
