Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Sales Leadership: Oversee all studio sales functionality, including membership and retail sales.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff schedules, supervise Sales Representatives, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, including face-to-face service, phone, and email support.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in local networking events, community promotions, and studio events to drive sales and growth.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational duties, such as ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and maintaining studio literature.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or relevant experience in the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of generating sales and training sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
